ADnocrats, an Adnocrats Inc. company allows users to sign up and create an account for creating and running mobile / web advertisements on participating ad networks, exchanges, publishers, applications and web sites.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our site or enter information on our site.By signing up, accessing or using the ADnocrats services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

Children

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen through the platform. If you are under 18, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information to us without their permission. To fund your account we request you to use your credit card that will be processed by authorized processing company. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
